This consultation has now ended. The results of this project are now being analysed, and we will add links to reports and further information when they are available.

We are currently putting together our new Engagement & Involvement Strategy - this will be where we explain;

• how we plan to talk with the people who live and work in RCT
• how we intend to make sure we are giving as many people as possible the chance to get involved in what the Council is doing
• how we will make sure that those thoughts and opinions are listened to by the people making decisions

We know that as your Council we have a duty to involve you in our plans - knowing what the people of RCT want and how they want us to work is very useful to us! There are already a lot of ways you can share your thoughts and opinions with RCTCBC, but now we would like to hear from you about how we can make these conversations even better.

On this page you will find information about how we work right now, and how we propose to continue to work with residents, communities and stakeholders and see where we can improve, so that more people can get involved in the decisions that affect them and their communities, through our draft new Strategy

There are some tools below asking you about a number of things we think we need to do to improve our engagement with you.

We are also planning a series of face to face events in the community, where people can share their ideas and talk about our plans in person. When these are confirmed they will be listed in the box on the right of this page.
