What does Involvement mean?
In the strategy we describe four levels of involvement: Information, Engaging, Consulting and Co-production.
The level of involvement used on each project within RCT will vary depending on the type of decisions being made, timescales and the resources we have available.
Who can get involved?
We try to involve a wide range of people in our conversations. We call the people and organisations who will be affected by our decisions stakeholders - the list of stakeholders can be different for different decisions and projects.
